Before the NFL season, Steven Jackson decided that he didn't need to go to training camp this season because he didn't feel like the contract that he had at the time from the Rams wasn't good enough.
He is one of the few threats on offense that the Rams have left and they need him so of course they were able to get a deal done but unfortunately for Jackson he wasn't prepared for this hit that the Eagles Sheldon Brown put on him.
