No More Dutches?
Maybe I am just paranoid but you tell me. According to ad week, the FDA will now have more control over the tobacco industry which for the most part is a good thing. Cigarettes suck and the fact that they can call a cigarette light or mild like it’s any better for you is ridiculous. That among other things are going out the window.
In a 79-17 vote yesterday, the U.S. Senate passed a bill giving the Food and Drug Administration regulatory authority over the tobacco industry.
The vote sends the measure back to the House, which passed a similar version in April. If the House accepts the Senate version, then the bill would go directly to President Barack Obama, who supports the action. (Note: another industry media outlet reported the bill was on its way to the president already.)
The bill, sponsored by Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., would give the FDA the authority to restrict and change the sale, marketing and production of tobacco products to protect the public health. It could not ban nicotine outright, but would ban the use of terms on products such as “light” and “mild.” The FDA could also restrict tobacco marketing; require pre-market approval of new tobacco products; ban flavored tobacco products; limit ads in publications with significant teen readership; and impose stronger warning labels on cigarette packages.

You tell me. Do vanilla dutches, swishers, phillys, optimos or whatever you use for blunts fall under this category?
I am really not sure but I know this, if they take dutches off the market then it is finally time to invest in the vaporizer I’ve been meaning to get.

This is straight up racism! Who are the biggest consumers of Newports? Minorities. I'm just gonna buy up like 60 boxes and sell them for like 5 dollars each. I won't even hafta sell the bud. NY will be in an uproar. I have friends that won't even smoke if they're not smoking a dutch. TERRIBLE
