NBA Wrap: Pierce plays just a little better than James… Celtics moving on
Cavs 92 – Celtics 97: Yesterdays game between the Cavs and the Celtics to decide the series will definitely go down as a classic game 7. The Celtics led for the whole game but the Cavs never gave up.
LeBron James wouldn’t let his team die, he didn’t get much help from his team though. It was all because of the effort of Paul Pierce that the Celtics were able to move on though. LeBron James finished with 45 point and Paul Pierce was right there with 41 points. They each had performances in for the ages.
In the end, Pierce and the C’s were a little bit too much for LeBron James and the scrubs. The final was 97-92, Celtics.
