The former Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington didn't necessarily leave that situation on good terms. He and the staff got into it many times and it was well documented.

I don't really know what re-sparked it but apparently LaVar still isn't feeling the staff. Here's what he had to say about former coach Joe Gibbs who retired from the team in January.

"I called Joe Gibbs a coward for leaving," Arrington said in the Times interview. "You came in, you made some money for your NASCAR team. No one else is going to say that. I'm sure more people thought I was a [jerk] for saying that. Joe wouldn't call me because he knows. There are a lot of people who know the truth about what went down with me and the Redskins."

He's not afraid to call out the Redskins owner Dan Snyder either.

If only I had a camera to follow me around to ask what I thought about my old bosses. I have a lot to say and I hope somehow they stumble upon it but then again, I probably wouldn't get any new jobs anytime soon.
