Favre could be playing for the J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
According to ESPN, the Jets have been granted permission to talk Brett Favre about potentially joining the team. Yesterday the frontrunner for Favre was the Bucs but now it’s looking like the Jets might land the disgruntled QB.
For the Packers, the Jets may be a good choice. They are not on the schedule for next year so they don’t have to worry about facing off against Favre (unless they both make the Super Bowl).
Being a Jets fan myself, I really don’t like this idea. I really don’t think the squad is good enough that they would Favre would make that much of a difference. The Jets are still in the process of rebuilding and I don’t think that having Favre for one of two years is gonna help that.
Although, if it helps us beat the fucking Patriots it might be worth it.
