During last weekends matchup in the Euro Championships between Portugal and Germany, there was one play that stood out.  Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo was pushing the ball up the field and was challenged a forced to the ground.  He sustained one of those injuries that could potentially end a guys career.

Warning, this might be the most graphic injury you've ever seen.
