So ESPN continues to lose more and more points with me every single day. How Skip Bayless and Steven A. Smith maintain employment there baffles me. Now they’ve just crossed the line though, they’ve had the Chris Berman videos removed from youtube. Then afterwards they tried to downplay it like Chris Berman is some kind of nice guy:

The off air videos are now nearly a decade old and do not reflect his typical workplace demeanor, his relationships with co-workers, nor the contributions he has made to ESPN over many years. Chris has a tremendous connection with sports fans and his body of work should not be judged by a few minutes of unguarded language uttered years ago. We aren’t excusing the language used and will be emphasizing to our workforce the importance of using appropriate language in the workplace.

Oh well… It was fun while it lasted.

Another one from the man, the myth, the legend: Chris Berman. In this one he’s going to explain how to sneek 222’s in the US and the pop he gets from it. I’ve never been to Canada before but I’m gonna try this drink someday.

These Chris Berman videos are hilarious and I guess since football season is over, this is the closest the blogosphere is going to come to having anything football related. Oh well, this will do for now.

Throughout all of these videos we’ve learn that goes crazy, yells at staff, drinks coors light on set and is one wine conversation away from a sexual harassment lawsuit. Nice. Now theres another video showing that Chris Berman plays favoritism for his friends.

If you ever distract Chris Berman during taping, prepare to get cursed out. This is funny as hell because in the middle of cursing out all of his co-workers, he drank a sip of bud light and continued. Nice!
