So I guess it was only a matter of time before DeShawn Stevenson would start taunting again. At least this time his team was winning unlike last time.

So in last nights game the Wizards finally got a win and Stevenson used this opportunity to bust out some of his old patented taunts.

Elijah Dukes cleans out zoo cages: Whats that smell?

elijah-dukes.jpeg

Elijah Dukes will probably do just about anything to get himself off of probation after being charged for Marijuana possession. He's a major league ballplayer so he needs to be off of it help his squad as much as possible so in order to get his probation cut short by about 5 months he spent about 25 hours last weekend cleaning out zoo cages at the Lowry Park Zoo.

Ok so I guess it's a dirty job but someones gotta do it. So why not get someone who is on probation to do it.

A’s and Frank Thomas give it a second go

frankthomas-as.jpg

So maybe Frank Thomas isn't all washed up quite yet. Hmmm... nevermind, but either way the A's signed the free agent to a one year deal today.

He formerly a part of the team in 2006 and was a big part of them winning the west that year. Not if he bats .167 though.

Buried Ortiz jersey get $175,000 for charity, at least it had some use

buriedshirt042408.jpg

Ok so at least this whole Yankees/Red Sox fued has finally done something good.

Remember that buried jersey that a deranged Red Sox fan buried in the new Yankee Stadium?

Well the sillyness actually turned out to do some good. The jersey was dug up by Yankees officials and was auctioned on ebay. The final price for the shirt was $175,100 and all the proceeds went to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund.

Mets Joe Smith heckles fans?

Fans are always heckling players. It's part of professional sports. It's to be expected. I think this is the first time I've seen a player go back at them though but it's about time, LoL. Of course it has to be someone from a New York team.

Anyway, this is a video of Mets reliever Joe Smith going back at the fans at Wrigley Field. He doesn't hold anything back.

This would've made Cincinnati Reds announcer Marty Brenneman proud.

Baseball players can’t drink water in Chicago? What the?!?!

Ok so this is definitely one of the stranger sports stories I've heard in a while. Apparently, if you go to play ball against the White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field, you are not allowed to drink water in the dugout, at all.

The White Sox are really serious about this too. If you do, they will take all the water out of the dugout. The reason for this is because Gatorade is Major League Baseballs official drink. You can't even take the label off. No water at all.

I guess that means no tequila... Damn it, they've ruined my dream.

Boston fans aren’t showing Bibby any love

I don't think that Rajon Rondo is better than Mike Bibby at all but apparently the Boston Celtics fans do or at least they were chanting it to get inside Mike Bibby's head.  Did it work?  Well they beat the Hawks by 19 so it probably didn't hurt.

Well this is TNT's version of the Kobe video....

Another female streaker: Nice!

Ok so thanks to our friends over at Bugs & Cranks we get to see another female streaker. The last one was better but this one still isn't bad. If you ask me, the world needs more of this.

NBA Playoffs betting odds: Want to win big this year?

Ok so I've never been much a gambler myself but around this time last year around this time I was kind of broke after completely bombing March Madness bracket.  Even though I had just lost big I still felt lucky but I didn't want to risk losing anymore money so I did some research on the internet to help me with my newfound addiction.

I read a few reviews and found the Sports Betting Champ system.  At first I was kind of skeptical and I was mad at the price of the product but I was still interested because I was optimistic.

I had lost $1500+ during March Madness so I figured, whats a little more money and so I gave it a try and wow.  This guys system is amazing and when he tells you that his picks are 97% he is not kidding.  During my first week I had made back close to $800 and by the end of the playoffs I had made close to $4000.

The Sports Betting champ program was definitely one of the best investments I've made.  Check it out, you definitely won't be disappointed.
